The BARImeter® is a precision metrology device that offers a great flexibility in the measurement of microtechnical, horological and medical parts. The CLA LC-01 and LC-1 are bidirectional, inductive type force sensors. The measurement system is composed of a displacement transducer which mobile core is linked to two leaf copper beryllium springs. The spring flexion measurement, which is proportional to the force to be measured, is performed by inductive sensor with carrier frequency. The measurement shaft is interchangeable, allowing the use of special shaft.

To meet the growing and increasingly complex demand for machine vision systems, CLA has developed the CLAsight® solution. It is a package consisting of hardware (frame, camera, optics, lighting and industrial computer) and a versatile vision software application for positioning, aesthetic or dimensional inspection, time measurement by direct reading of hands, dial and date, and optical character recognition (OCR). In order to measure torque and force, a large range of sensors is available. All these sensors are bidirectional, inductive or resistive type with a good linearity and negligible hysteresis. These sensors allow to measure torque less than 1 uNm and up to 1 Nm.

The CLA TSF-000 through TSF-5 are bidirectional, inductive type torque sensors. The measurement system is composed of an axis mounted on flexible pivots with cruciform springs allowing frictionless torque measurement. The axis rotation angle measurement, which is proportional to the measured torque, is performed via an inductive displacement sensor with carrier frequency. The small rotation angle, approximately 1° for all measurement range, allows very good linearity and negligible hysteresis.

The TR300 is mta’s table-top soldering robot platform. This robot is purpose-built and standardized for semi-automated applications that require point-to-point soldering. The table-top platform is a cost-effective solution to automate existing hand-soldering processes without the cost of fully-automated systems. Automating the solder process has several advantages over hand soldering. It produces highly consist joints, improved quality, higher throughput, and it requires less skill and training than hand soldering. This table-top soldering robot platform is also ideal for applications where human dexterity is required to position the parts. This is because operators can load and unload the parts in offline fixtures to minimize machine downtime. Because the TR300 is a purpose-built solution, it can support any of mta’s soldering heads without compromise. The ball-screw axis and motors provide fast repeatable motion.
