The ASCO Dry Ice Reformer R70i has been developed for producing dense dry ice blocks in various sizes by compressing dry ice pellets. Be it in combination with an existing or with a new dry ice pelletizer, the ASCO Dry Ice Reformer R70i is a very conven­ient tool to complement the dry ice pellet business with dry ice blocks. The compact machine is driven by a powerful and unique hydraulic unit featuring instant push button start. All functions are controlled by a Siemens PLC. A Siemens touch screen provides good overview and easy operation, a comprehensive monitoring, easy maintenance and optimal service planning. An integrated production control system allows to define and supervise the amount of blocks or weight to be produced.

The motors have no cogging torque, high efficiency, and excellent control dynamics. The metal housing ensures good heat dissipation and mechanical stability. When it comes to service life, these motors also leave the competition far behind. Choose from three motor sizes: Ø 22, 30, 45 mm, short or long 90 – 300 WØ 22 – 32 mm, 90 – 480 W. 4-pole motors for maximum performance per unit of volume and weight guarantee a long service life.

Extensive practical experience and close cooperation with customers and planners show us that less and less space is available for cleaning. In response to this fact we have designed the WD 390 PH with space-saving, shorter cleaning and drying cabins and shorter machine infeed and discharge distances. The WD 390 PH with its cleaning and drying cabins enables short washing cycles and at the same time a higher throughput of washed goods. The Modular Concept The WD 390 PH is equipped with five compact cabins that perform various functions such as cleaning, rinsing and drying in short wash cycles, enabling efficient cleaning and high throughput. In addition, the WD 390 PH offers access for maintenance and service from only one long side, as all units are arranged for easy servicing.
