The floor-level loadable WD 750 large-scale cleaning system is the ideal solution for cleaning and drying large non-critical items from pharmaceutical production, the food industry or the cosmetics industry. The construction in a hygienic design with few gaps and dead spaces meets GMP requirements such as complete self-draining of the piping, pump, tank, valves and fittings as well as all surfaces in contact with the product with inclination (chamber roof, chamber floor).

Designed as a cleaning system for containers, drums, pallets and other large-sized vessels, the PH 880.2 is part of an extensive model range (PH 820.2, PH 840.2 and PH 860.2). The tailored operational sequences for professional pharmaceutical processes maximises efficient throughput. Based on standardised technical design and years of Belimed Life Science’s experience in automatic cleaning, the PH washer range covers a wide range of cleaning requirements and features harmonised construction characteristics throughout the various models. The PH 880.2 combines highest possible component standardisation with the necessary design flexibility to achieve best possible adaptation of the machine to the requirements of the production process.

The High Resolution Voltmeter System, DX 005 / 020 from STL is designed in accordance with a delta-sigma converter concept that is for an effective signal readout from the different sensors that are used for quality control, production, laboratory, or field applications. It is engineered to provide high linearity and resolution stability of a calibration instrument whose system is capable of dealing with up to 3000 simultaneously measured channels.

The analogue to digital converter series of type „DX“ are specially designed for a large dynamic range and high stability, which makes them suitable for almost all applications.These ADC’s have internal digital calibrations resulting in highly significant signal output. Due to this digital signal processing, all signals have the identical transfer function which allows for high precise post-processing of the data. Our coil systems are specially designed to generate very large magnetic fields in 1 to 3 dimensions. Every system essentially consists of 2 units: The coil system and the current control system to set the coil currents. The systems can be used for calibration, to compensate external fields, to generate specific magnetic fields, magnetic gradients etc. Our specification scope ranges from: - Frequency ranges: DC to 4 MHz, - Field ranges: from a few microtesla to 200 millitesla - Homogenity ranges: 1%, also over large volumes with small coil sizes - Field stabilities up to a few ppm FS - Size range from a few cm to more than 200 m - Actively compensated for environmental changes or uncompensated (optional) - Generating both magnetic fields and magnetic gradients with or without compensation - Magnetic far field drop off: r-3 to r-11
