Typically, the ASCO CO2 Gas Dosing System is used together with water desalination plants. The system is equipped with a CO2 pressure reducing valve, filtration unit, CO2 gas flowmeter, CO2 regulating valve, pressure gauges, safety valves and a completely prewired control cabinet. In case of maintenance the system provides a manual bypass line, which also can be monitored by the flowmeter. Herefore, changing a filter cartridge or doing any other service work on the system is quick and easy! As raw and fitting material ASCO uses mainly stainless steel. ASCO CO2 Gas Revert Recovery Systems are engineered to efficiently recover the revert CO2 gas from ASCO Dry Ice Pellet and Block Machines which normally direct the revert (flash) gas to the atmosphere. When dry ice is produced the conversion rate from liquid CO2 to dry ice is approx. 4045 %. This means 5560 % is lost to the atmosphere. This conversation rate is a physical fact and therefore, unfortunately, not to change. With a CO2 Revert Recovery System, however, most of the CO2 can be recovered which leads to a final conversion rate of approx. 9095 %. This way, the dry ice production costs are reduced up to 50 %.

The lifting column for industrial and assembly tables The lifting column SQ consists of a colorless anodized aluminium profile with a cross-section 45x45 mm. The stainless steel tube is guided in a plastic bushing and is moved by a spindle drive. Up to four lifting columns can be connected to a control box and operated synchronously. There are T-slots on 2 sides of the leg (width 8mm). These allow the mounting of crossbars and attachments along the entire length of the column. High loads with small dimension The housing of the linear units SLA and SLG are made out of colorless anodized aluminium profiles with dimensions 35x35 mm (SLA) or 45x45 mm (SLG). Up to 4 linear units can be connected to one control box and are operated synchronous with a hand switch. The systems SLA and SLG are used in applications which need ergonomic height adjustable work surfaces. Especially existing work stations can be retrofitted with linear units. The dimensions 35x35 mm and 45x45 mm fit perfectly in steel profiles 40x40 mm or 50x50 mm, which are often used as carriers and legs for work stations. Compared to to the linear unit SLA, the SLG can withstand higher bending moments and is more stable. We recommend the SLA and SLG linear unit for industry, furniture and catering. Universal and compact The linear unit is both a compact and sturdy lifting element. It consists of a linear guide with cylinder. It is installed directly in or on the existing object. This means that several tables and devices can be easily fitted with a single lifting system. The linear units LA, LD and LG can be mounted with the four M5 threads on the profile or using separately available mounting plates. The Dimension 45x45 mm of the new linear unit LG fits perfectly in steel profiles 50x50 mm. The linear unit LG can withstand higher bending moments and is more stable than the linear unit LA with dimension 35x35 mm. The linear unit LH provides the stability and smooth running of the table leg TA. It is mainly used in place of the linear unit LA when large lifting distances are required. Accessories

Strong and slim The cylinders are the basic elements of all our hydraulic linear units and table legs. They consist of a brass tube and have a piston rod made of stainless steel. Thanks to perfected technology and precision work, our cylinders guarantee a quiet, fast and precise lift for height and tilt adjustment. With diameters of 16 and 20 mm, the slim hydraulic cylinders fit perfectly in narrow guides and existing applications. Up to ten cylinders can be controlled simultaneously. This allows the realisation of very complex designs.

Elegant and mobile The lifting castor HR combines the benefits of a castor and a levelling foot. Through the simple rotary motion of the hand crank the hydraulic oil is pressed out of the pump and flows through the hydraulic tubing into the connected lefelling foot. Mobile work and transport equipment can be fitted with the lifting castors and be converted into stable working surfaces. Up to 10 lifting castors can be driven by one hydraulic pump. Treatment and magnetic measurement of Navy vessels in combination with low cost and area economy lead to a range that combines the advantages of ODMR and CDMR, where all system entities are installed vertically on a low-level magnetic jetty or pier. STL has developed this idea becoming the Half-Space Deperming Range (HDMR) providing cost and time effective deperming and measurement processes for Navy vessels with an optimal benefit-cost-ratio.
