For decades, slide dies have proven effective for multi-layer applications in a single operation and best practice for demanding, fast and complex production processes – e.g. in the production of high-quality inkjet products. Simultaneous application of more than 10 layers is possible in slide and curtain coating processes.

are the all-rounder of dies. They are suitable for almost any application: Both in the “slot bead” and in the curtain coating process. TSE Troller slot dies manage up to three layers, while with dies of other manufacturers usually only one layer per run can be applied.
