The Dry Ice Pelletizer P75i with a production capacity of 750 kg/h (1'653 lb/h) is the workhorse among the ASCO dry ice pelletizers. It is built for longterm operation incorporating a heavy duty type hydraulic system controlled by an integrated PLC with touch screen interface. Fully automatic control of oil temperature and dry ice snow production process guarantees continuous dry ice production without any supervision right from the beginning. The P75i can be ordered as a version with a reduced noise level or with an automatic extruder plate changer. Simply change the production from one set pellet size to another size at the push of a button. The Dry Ice Pelletizer P75i is the most powerful model in the range of ASCO iSeries dry ice production machines. Web app for collecting and displaying measured values that are recorded by KELLER IoT devices and transmitted via mobile radio or LoRaWAN. KOLIBRI Cloud offers a wide variety of options for device configuration and displays current measured values and logger recordings in graph form. Thanks to the search and filter options, saved measurement data can be organised with ease and can also be exported as an image, as an Excel or Word report, or in additional formats. You can also use your existing software solutions to access data in KOLIBRI Cloud via JSON API. All products in the KOLIBRI suite are intercompatible and can exchange data with one another. The functions are continually being further expanded and optimised.

The remote data transmission unit ARC1-Box-SB with logger function is equipped with safety barriers and, in combination with intrinsically safe transmitters, it is suitable for use in hazardous applications. The unit is encased in a robust, water-tight aluminium housing. It records measurements made by external sensors (e.g. a level sensor) and periodically transmits the collected data via 2G, 3G, 4G or LoRaWAN. The high-performance battery and sophisticated power management enable autonomous operation for up to 10 years. KELLER provides a range of licence-free software solutions for configuration and data processing. The easiest and most convenient way to access the collected data is via KOLIBRI Cloud.
