The lifting column for industrial and assembly tables The lifting column SQ consists of a colorless anodized aluminium profile with a cross-section 45x45 mm. The stainless steel tube is guided in a plastic bushing and is moved by a spindle drive. Up to four lifting columns can be connected to a control box and operated synchronously. There are T-slots on 2 sides of the leg (width 8mm). These allow the mounting of crossbars and attachments along the entire length of the column. Slim and compact The leg SM consists of two extruded aluminium profiles with a plain anodised finish, guided by plastic gliders. Each leg has an internal motor that drives the threaded spindles. Up to 3 spindle Lifting legs can be connected to one control box and are operated synchronous. The T-slots on 3 sides (width 8 mm) allow the addition of crossbars, shelves, attachments and mountings along the entire length of the leg. High loads with small dimension The housing of the linear units SLA and SLG are made out of colorless anodized aluminium profiles with dimensions 35x35 mm (SLA) or 45x45 mm (SLG). Up to 4 linear units can be connected to one control box and are operated synchronous with a hand switch. The systems SLA and SLG are used in applications which need ergonomic height adjustable work surfaces. Especially existing work stations can be retrofitted with linear units. The dimensions 35x35 mm and 45x45 mm fit perfectly in steel profiles 40x40 mm or 50x50 mm, which are often used as carriers and legs for work stations. Compared to to the linear unit SLA, the SLG can withstand higher bending moments and is more stable. We recommend the SLA and SLG linear unit for industry, furniture and catering. Elegant and flexible Our spindle lifting column SQ is also available as a complete table base frame. It consists of four SQ columns which are arranged in a rectangle conected by cross bars. Height adjustable assembly tables, laboratory and mechanical industry workstations can be simply realised with the spindle driven table base frame. The spindle lifting columns SQ have a lifting and pulling force of 1500 N. Therefore a restoring force is not necessary. The table top can be mounted directly to the cross bars.
