Ohmic heating is a gentle, continuous process for heating of products, especially for products to keep their lumpiness, such as fruits, vegetables, spices, and other foodstuffs. Heating occurs via electricity, whereby the product functions as electrical resistor. Compared to the conventional cooking methods, the product is not heated over a hot surface, but, rather, uniformly over the entire cross-section. The ASCO LH900 Liquid CO2 Filling Pump has been developed as an universal unit for filling high pressure CO2 cylinders by weight. Like all ASCO Equipment, the Cylinder Filling and Weighing System is thoroughly factory pretested before despatch. Thanks to the separate control unit, the pump can be placed in a different location. Easy operation Switch on your ASCO LH900 and the unit automatically tares itself to „0“ which will show on the indicator display. After placing a cylinder on the platform, the display will show the accurate tare weight of the cylinder, allowing the operator to check whether the empty cylinder weight is correct. The chosen filling weight can now be set on the display by pressing the relevant keys (when filling the same size of cylinder, the filling weight needs only be entered once). When the desired filling weight is reached and displayed, the solenoid valves of the ASCO LH900 will automatically switch to run the system in bypass.

ASCO’s automatic Dry Ice Machine BP420i produces slices in 10 different thicknesses and 2 different types of pellets at the push of a button. The dies for the production of different sizes do not have to be changed manually as they are already built in and can be controlled at the touch screen panel. The BP420i features high density, fully automatic dry ice production for slices in ten different thicknesses. In addition, it is possible to produce pellets in two different sizes with a diameter of 3, 6, 10 or 16 mm (1/8, 1/4, 3/8 or 5/8 in). Standard slice dimensions are 210 × 125 × 20 70 mm (8.3 x 4.9 x 0.8 2.8 in). Other slice/pellet dimensions are available on request. Depending on the setting, the production capacity ranges from 240 to 400 kg/h (529 to 882 lb/h). The automatic dry ice block, slice and pellet machine ASCO BP420i belongs to the ASCO iSeries line.

The ASCO Dry Ice Pelletizer P55i is one of the most powerful dry ice machines from ASCO's iSeries line. Having a production capacity of 550 kg/h (1'212 lb/h) it meets the demands for high dry ice quantities plus quality and flexibility in the daily working process. As a model of ASCO's iSeries, it is equipped with stateoftheart remote control devices and thus is ready for a wide range of services in the areas of Remote Access, Remote Data, Remote Management. Be it for fast and efficient trouble shooting and maintenance or for gathering production and performance data the ASCO iSeries offers a wide range of possibilities to link Industry 4.0 with dry ice production. The ASCO Dry Ice Pelletizer P55i is driven by two powerful hydraulic units, which are running independently by the push of a button. This allows the production of identical or different pellet sizes in combination with the offered extruder plates at the same time.

The Komax Gamma 333 PC and PC-B are flexible fully automatic crimping machines offering a variety of efficient processing capabilities. Depending on requirements, these machines can apply two-ended crimp contacts and end sleeves for strands, as well as double crimp connections with three different contacts or seals and sleeves to one end of the cable. Tinning and ink-jet marking are two further options. These models can integrate customer-specific applications like MIL crimping, welding or compaction for a further diversification of production.

MicroLab 30 is designed for creating micrographs of terminals up to a diameter of 10 mm. Processing can be done in less than thirty seconds thanks to the intuitive control system and the optimized arrangement of the cutting and polishing module. An integrated line laser simplifies the determination of the microsection position. The autonomous preparation, evaluation and documentation modules that are part of the lab operate independently of each other and enable a complete on-site analysis. A standardized holder positions the sample without having to re-clamp it. The concentric arrangement of the saw blade and polishing wheel enable an optimum process sequence. Reproducible micrograph preparation is assured by the two step motors that serve as a multi-axial feed control system. The mobile MicroLab 30 requires very minimal maintenance.

The Komax Alpha 355 is designed for one and two-sided crimping and seal loading. It even handles double-crimp connections involving varying lengths and the same wire types without any problem. The ultra-precise dual-channel blade system allows for a large range of wire sizes without blade changes.
