POLIFILM has been successful with surface protection films for more than 40 years. As one of the global suppliers of surface protection films POLIFILM offers a wide range of surface protection solutions for a large variety of different surfaces and requirements. As a main and proven component of typical protection films polyethylene is used. For specific applications other polyolefin resins or polyester are used as carrier components. Our adhesive systems use natural rubber as well as solvent- or water based acrylic components.

Double Sided Tape group is highly resistant to aging and heat as well as excellent adhesion and shear force due to its high stickiness performance. Tape is generally utilized to standart sealing such as paper, cardboard, fabric and leather or to bond materials with low surface energy such as PP and PE.

Surface protection for ship renovations Our specialised surface protection solutions for the marine industry (but also for the renovation of hotels, hospitals, offices, etc.) offer you maximum protection for sensitive surfaces during demanding construction and renovation projects. Developed for use on cruise ships, yachts, military and industrial vehicles and offshore platforms, these flame-retardant protective films offer first-class protection against soiling, damage and liquids. INOX® gloss dryer is a product composed of special wetting agents, which is quickly absorbed by the paint and causes the water film to disappear quickly. The paint gets an even gloss and an optimal color deepening. The cationic surfactants cause the special waxes to be deposited in a thin layer on the paint surfaces and to spread evenly as a film. The applied special waxes are hard and therefore give the paint surfaces a long-lasting protective film.

INOX glossy wax protects and preserves all painted surfaces.and thus reduces the risk of resoiling. Also suitable for metal, plastic, glass and rubber surfaces. The resulting protective film makes water and dirt roll off easily. The product ensures quick and easy application and leaves no residue. Inox glossy wax brings a significant color refreshment with only little effort. Therefore you will not need any more conventional polishing.

Cold Room panel polyurethane density of is 42 kg / m³ (± 2) and they are produced with PUR or PIR insulation. Cold Room Panels are interlocking in male and female form and with eccentric lock and can be disassembled when necessary. Wall and ceiling panels are produced in thicknesses of 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 200 mm. Dip galvanized sheet painted with polyester-based paint in 0,50 mm thickness with RAL 9002 color code is used for both surfaces of the wall panels. Wall and ceiling panel sheets are produced in Stainless Steel, PVC and PPGI depending on the area of use. The surface of the panels is smooth, hygienic and easy to clean. Panels are prevented from heat loss with their special design and accessories. Panels with surface protection film are protected against scratching during transportation and assembly. Panels can be manufactured with flat or corrugated surfaces.

Shrink film produces a close bond between the packaging film and the packaged merchandise. The heat-induced shrinking process causes the film to cling tightly to the merchandise or container, thereby avoiding vulnerable points which may suffer damage during shipment or transport. Shrink film may be processed manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically. The shrinking properties may be adjusted to the specific application in terms of both direction and degree of shrinkage. The standard version of EXCOR VALENO shrink film shrinks biaxially, i.e., equally in all directions. Individually tailored degrees of monoaxial or biaxial shrinkage can also be produced on request. All VALENO shrink film is made of polyethylene and can be used in packing machines. The EXCOR VCI substance is integrated into the polymer matrix and active on both sides.

The greenhouse is designed to resist to difficult climate conditions as they are in Europe. The metallic structure is made of E260 steel, with Sendzimir 275g Zn/sqm galvanization. The steel is designed specially for greenhouses and tunnels, because it is very resistant in a corrosive environment. The steel impact- and distortion-resistant, with a smooth surface thus protecting the film against premature wear. POLIFILM surface protections films have been successfully used for the protection of decorative laminates for decades. Depending upon the gloss level of the laminates low adhesion level films (for high gloss surfaces) or higher adhesion films (for rougher finishes) are used. Typically transparent films are used as they allow quality inspection of the decorative surface without a need to remove the films for this process.
