CONTAINER AND SYSTEM SOLUTIONS FOR THE INTERMEDIATE STORAGE OF HEAT FROM WASTE HEAT OR RENEWABLE ENERGIES The intermediate storage of heat from biogas plants, biomass cogeneration plants or other heat sources is an important prerequisite for effective use. Lipp buffer tank systems are economic system solutions for the storage and supply of thermal energy and can be easily integrated into customised solutions for local heat supply. LIPP BUFFER STORAGE TANKS The individually tailored solution appropriate to heat storage requirements with useful volumes of 80 to 3,000 m³ is made of stainless steel with the Lipp dual seam system and operated in conjunction with insulation adjusted to the application at about 95 ° C. Since the Lipp system is unpressurised, the container solutions are extremely low maintenance and are very durable. The high volume, above ground Lipp storage tanks have been specially developed for this application and are popular with end users and energy suppliers alike.

ELKON Concrete Recycling Plant consists of a concrete discharge bin equipped with a shower system for washing waste concrete, a recycling unit separating coarse aggregates from the mixture and a pool where waste water discharges into. There is also an agitator which prevents the cement particles from sinking in the pool where the recycled water is stored. The pool where waste water is stored can be made from concrete underground or optionally 20 m³ capacity on ground water tank can be supplied. Thus the system can be installed on the ground level without any underground foundation. With optionally presented mobile concrete pump washing station, truck mixer and mobile concrete pump can be washed at the same time in ELKON Concrete Recycling Plant.

TIPPING CONTAINERS Tipping containers in steel sheet painted watertight, with the base fork mounted for lifting with a forklift. Industrial heating with hot air generators with pellet operation from 43 to 300 kW The hot air generators with pellet operation are fully automatic equipment used for heating industrial, agricultural and livestock premises. Its use is increasingly frequent thanks to its rapid depreciation and neutral CO2 emissions that contribute to the preservation of the environment. The equipment has a basic equipment designed for the use of granulated fuels, an automatic burner that allows the use of granulated fuel such as pellets, olive bone or almond shells.
