The tension meter is used to perform a pretension test on commercially available belt systems quickly and easily by means of frequency measurement. Fully electronic and equipped with stateoftheart microprocessor technology, the meter enables precise adjustment of all V, toothed and flat belts that have to be tensioned in the range from 10 to 600 Hz. The measurement must never be performed while the drive is running The meter is not permitted or certified for use in potentially explosive areas.

Together with a chain tensioner set, sprocket set or a tension pulley, the clamping element makes a readytoinstall tensioning unit suitable for tensioning chain and belt drives. Suitable for both tensioning directions. The clamping elements are maintenancefree and tearoff resistant. The clamping element is fastened to the machine component through a bore. If necessary, a heavyduty dowel pin can be inserted in the positioning notch “P” for torque support.

FRONT AND REAR MOWERS SUITABLE FOR ATV/QUAD Agile, robust and safe on any kind of ground, the TC Special series of Caroni Mowers are the ideal partners of ATV/QUAD models. Designed and realized according to the most recent construction technologies and systems, both in front and rear version, they can guarantee a clean and precise cut, 25 to 100mm (1" to 4" inch) on the whole working width of 1200 or 1500 mm (48" or 59" inch). Other versions can also be realized: with a 1800 mm (71" inch) working width and rear or side unloading, or with a 2400 mm (95" inch) working width with rear unloading. Available in eight models with side or rear unloading and manual or electric start-up, they are equipped with a monobloc self-supporting cold-drawn frame that makes them especially robust. Their reduced weight makes all manoeuvres easier. Easy cutting height adjustment: simply by shifting the spacers mounted on the fork axle. The drawbar is floating to let the machine easily follow the ground unevenness. Furthermore, various positions are available in order to shift the machine as to tractor. Seven greasing points are available, easy to reach. The belt tension is obtained by adjusting the screw mounted under the motor and can be checked easily, too. Briggs & Stratton engines 11.5 HP are mounted on the standard versions of the TC SPECIAL machines for ATV/QUAD models, but other engines fromthe best manufacturers in the market are also available. There are no problems with blocked mower wheels, because a special scraper makes sure that no lumps accumulate. One of the best things about the Mulching and Recycle System is that it cuts down on the time and money spent on picking up, moving and disposing of all those grass cuttings. Another plus is that the shredded grass and leaves make wonderful natural compost “ not too wet, not too dry - which is recycled into the biological chain without doing any damage. In addition, as all our mowers are fitted with a safety deflector, there is no risk of any gravel or other small objects being spread on the ground with the mulch.
