Strong sweet syrups - Import export

One of the favorite fruits of many people are strawberries. Small, tasty and sweet red strawberries are loved by children and adults. Strawberry jam is the right choice for sweetening when guests are invited, and you can use it to prepare cakes and pastries or as a dressing for fruit ice cream.

Wild fig jam is the first Slow Food presidium from the Republic of Macedonia. It is prepared and served according to the example of our grandparents, when guests come, with a glass of water, the sweet is used as an addition to desserts or as an integral part of some specialties.
