Manual strapping tool for flat surfaces (sealless), easy and reliable to use in heavy industrial duty applications. Version equipped by steel made tension lever and rear feedwheel protection. It requires a flat surface with a minimum length of 150 mm. Works with glossy or blue steel strap from mm. 13 to mm. 19 with thickness up to 0.70 mm. The tightness of the seal depends on the material type and the strapping choice.

The flat gooseneck allows lower steps on the workpiece to be machined or clamped. When using spherical washers 07420 use Form G.

Woven strapping is produced in cross webbing technology. It is UV resistant, not sensitive to deep temperatures and can withstand high temperature up to 150°C. Due to these characteristics, it can be used outdoors without limits as well as, for example, in lumber drying chamber and it offers many other versatile solutions for special heavy duty applications in metal, lumber, automotive, steel industry etc. Standard strapping is white, produced in range from 5mm to 38mm and breaking strength from 120kg to 3000kg. All woven products can be printed and fully coloured. Our both Germanischer Lloyd certified 32mm Woven strapping in bags – 2000kg and 2300kg – are an excellent and more economical replacement for lashing in many different applications.

This baler is suited to hard to bale materials such as car Tyres. Equipped with extra-long compaction cylinders to bale materials such as car tyres or certain hard plastics. Bales can be tied with steel wire or baler strapping.

The MACFAB 450 baler is great for businesses to compact large amounts of waste. This baler can compact a wide variety of materials such as cardboard boxes, paper, and plastic film. This baler produces a mill-sized bale of up to 450kg of cardboard. Customers' needs dictate whether bales are secured with strapping or steel wire. A great choice for warehouses and factories that produce substantial amounts of packaging waste from received goods. The 450 balers twin compaction cylinders give an even pressing force when compacting material. During transport, we lower the compaction cylinders inside the bale chamber for ease of shipping. There is a hydraulic cylinder at the base of the bale chamber to eject the completed bale onto a pallet.

The 550 baler can make bales of cardboard up to 550kg. In some cases, recyclers will offer increased rebates as these bales do not need to be reprocessed before being sent to a paper mill. Bales Can be tied with either bale strapping or steel baling wire.

The wire drawn by the bullblocks Mod. MO/P is taken-out of the rotating platform through a coil extractor and positioned on the compactor. The compacted coil will be strapped by means of steel strapping unit and then it will be tilted in a horizontal position for permitting an easy unload by a fork-lift truck.

The tanks are designed to mount onto straight to flat surfaces with a unique pin mounting system without the need of mounting frames or steel mounting straps and are highly impact resistant and easy to fill. The horizontal plastic tanks are manufactured from WRAS approved polymer for the storage of drinking water (black, boat blue or natural coloured tanks only).
