We produce bespoke steel frames based on the client drawings and preferences. Our modern steelwork fabrication shops have computer-aided design and detailing (CAD), which is linked directly to factory floor computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery, creating a genuine seamless CAD/CAM environment. The accuracy of the computer-generated details being transmitted directly to the CNC machinery increases the quality standards of the production. Novelty Steel has adapted EN 1090-2 standards into its manufacturing processes supervised by experienced quality management team.

Since 1999, we have also been manufacturing ball catcher curtains in-house, which perfectly match the colours of the two-tone tennis surface and give an old tennis hall a new look. The ball catcher curtains are customised in our factory from high-quality polyester fabric (fire class B1). They are hung with snap hooks on a steel cable. Refurbishing your tennis hall with a two-colour tennis surface and ball catcher curtains on the rear eaves walls - and on the gable walls if required - gives you the opportunity to implement completely new colour concepts and to make your customers aware of the refurbishment measures by means of a new hall appearance with an eye-catching effect. In addition to their functionality and good looks, ball catcher curtains also offer advantages in terms of acoustics and thermal insulation.

Non-contacting 2-channel flange speed sensor with stainless-steel sensor tube, difference-Hall principle. Due to its design and type approval according to DIN EN 50155 especially suitable for transport technology. Output signals 90° offset for speed and direction of rotation detection (module m1 - m3). Robust and high quality housing: IP68 pressure-tight and individually tested at 5 bar (for details see technical data). Excellent vibration and shock resistance. Straight connection outlet.

Optionally with current output signal. Robust and high quality housing: IP69 pressure-tight and individually tested at 5 bar (for details see technical data). Excellent vibration and shock resistance and double protection of the sensor head. Connection outlet straight or lateral; with protective tubing on request. Detection of very low speed (near zero speed).

Our company mainly deals with the construction of light-structured steel halls, agricultural and industrial plant halls, warehouse halls, unheated and temperable halls designed for individual needs, such as truck washing hall. Our halls are made of structural steel. The frame structure, cover, color depend on the customer's needs. We also offer both trapezoidal board and sandwich panel (red, foam, rock, wool) solutions. Upon request, we install doors and windows and undertake foundation. PI -Metál also undertakes refractory painting, nailing, sewerage, electrical and mechanical work on request from other companies, which a rise during the construction of the hall. In terms of dimensions, we undertake the construction of halls up to 4-1200 square meters. With the help of PI Metál’s modern machinery and technology, it is able to design and build the most up-to-date, precise halls, and we manufacture most of the elements ourselves.
