The Flat ionizing air nozzle is used to clean and neutralize electrostatically charged surfaces. The use of compressed air allows awkward places to be neutralized and cleaned as well. Connected to a Simco power unit, the ionizing air nozzles produce an air flow which is rich in positive and negative ions. When this air flow is pointed to an electrostatically charged area, electrons are exchanged until the area is neutralized. This makes that the material is neutralized during the blow-off process and prevents the blown-off particles from being re-attracted. The current of the Flat Nozzle is limited, so that the emitter point is safe to touch. The Flat Nozzle is especially suitable for neutralising at the feeding and delivery sections of machines in the printing industry. This nozzle has been designed especially for neutralising and cleaning (small) bottles on the inside, etc. Ionisation takes place at the end of the tube from which the air is blown. The high-voltage point is not shockless. The tubes are available in two diameters and in a required length. The high voltage at both emitter points is current limited. Being installed outside the air flow, the high-voltage points are hardly subject to fouling, if at all. The nozzle blowoff force is high at a relatively low air consumption. The Cobra ionizing air gun is excellently suited for heavy-duty industrial applications. It has a lightweight durable gun body made of highimpact plastic. The airflow is controlled by the trigger. The air flow is amplified by a minimum factor of 6 : 1 by drawing in ambient air through the rear. The high-voltage point integrated aerodynamically in the gun body cleans itself during use. The gun comes standard with 6 metres of cable. The Probes patented ellipticallyshaped sensor design with improved aerodynamic characteristics outperforms more traditional devices, and overcomes loss of accuracy caused by fluid separation at the sensor body. It is designed to maintain a constant parallel airflow pattern over the static sensing ports for more accurate, steady signals under all duct conditions. The elimination of separation results in a stabilized static pressure signal, helping to eliminate “hunting” during fan control.

MEJ anti-static bars are often used on production machines were short range ionisation is possible and where no moving machine parts are interfering the ionisation.The properties of this Simco-Ion anti-static bar are the same as those of type MEB, except that the MEJ type is round. The ThunderION IQ 2.0 is a high quality and most powerfull anti-static bar for the Industry. The static eliminator has a long reinforced extruded profile body that provides for easy and sturdy mounting. Due to the strength of the bar sizes up to more than 5 meter can be delivered. Mounting the anti-static bar could be realised with a few mounting screws. The bar has an integrated 24v power supply with a rugged industrial M8 connection. The very effective bar makes discharging of high static charges distance more than 1 meter possible, even in high-speed production applications up to 1000m/s. The bar is complete shockless so touching the Tungsten(Wolfram) pins is completely safe. The bar functions completely stand-alone and can for future demands be connected to external sensors and monitoring systems to create a full close loop feedback system. Function control of the bar is done by means of high-power LED to make check-up of the functionality of the bar an easy job.

Performax Easy Ex: for explosion hazardous environments Compact high efficient static neutralising for explosion hazardous environments . The Performax Easy Ex has an integrated high voltage power supply and requires only a low voltage input of 24V DC. A two color high bright LED visualises bar ON (green) or bar FAULT (red). On the standard connection cable an additional wires for remote on/off contact is available and a signal indicating high voltage O.K. The Performax Easy Ex bar has light slanted ends and protection classification IP66 which allows easy cleaning. The aluminum profile offers a very rugged structure even up to 3 meters. Universal mounting brackets are supplied for various mounting options.

The BlowION ionising air blower has been designed for multifunctional applications. It features an ergonomic, robust designed extruded anodized aluminum housing.
