Surface Conditioning material prepared as back up pad discs in fiberglass. Features and benefits: The advantages of the Surface Conditioning is that it gives you the possibility to be used on angled grinders without back up pads. Furthermore, the form of the flap also offers higher durability and a better ventilation.
