The Losberger De Boer Podium system makes it easy to erect a stage in an extremely short time. It offers artists and announcers the chance to be visible and take center stage. The Podium can be used for a wide variety of occasions. Its construction is solid and in accordance with German safety standards. It is designed with a long life span and a large number of deployments in mind. High-quality aluminum and hot-dip galvanized, corrosion-proof steel parts make outdoor use completely safe and add to the Podium’s durability.

The castors allow you to quickly and easily transform your plug-in pedestals into a movable stage. The mobile stage can be easily moved around the room by just a few people. This mobility is ideal for flexible venues and quick set-up and dismantling.

Dry sump oil pumps in modular design with 1 to 4 chambers. Delivery rates on the pressure side are a maximum of 29 liters per minute. The suction side maximum 24 liters per minute. Suitable for engines with a capacity of 2 to 8 liters

The intrinsic quality of the various components, sub-assemblies and software is checked at each stage of design and manufacturing. These efficiency targets are cross-referenced and verified with our customer upon commissioning of the equipment, following the implementation of a duly developed validation protocol.

Defects to be examined in this application are very small, their size is often lower than 0.5 mm – hard to discover by human eye. Rework in the course of the production of the final product however, proves to be complicated and expensive. In order to avoid corresponding inconveniencies, it is essential to support the manufacturing process of the rolls themselves by a reliable quality control in the form of an automated final inspection.As the Quelltech Q6 laser scanner features an extremely precise resolution of 4096 Pixels/Profile at a high scan rate, this model proved to be able to meet the requirements and was mounted onto the positioning stage of the grinding machine. Furthermore, an industrial measurement computer was added, used for the analysis software of the point cloud. On the basis of this configuration, the entire roll surface could be recorded on a helical path.

Safely guide many different cables in a confined space with e-spool. e-spool uniquely combines two different energy supply systems: one standard energy chain is guided by a roller, providing the correct length and tension of the energy supply system through an integrated spring. In the home position, the energy chain is completely rolled up to save space.
