Spot welding is different from other types of welding. There is no need to use any extra material. Two grains of metal are boiled by a classical method. Fusion is achieved by melting. The process of punting is as simple as that. Spot welding can also be called a resistance welding process. When welding, an electric current is used. Sometimes it is made using two, and sometimes more than two metals. Both pressure and heat are applied. The electrodes are copper-alloyed and are used by interacting with the metal surface. This resource is most often used in the automotive industry. It is a resistance welding process.

We conduct welding processes in carbon dioxide and argon gas shields. We weld inox steel using the TIG method. We also weld aluminum alloys and non-ferrous metals. We perform spot welding on spot, table and forceps welders. We have about 10 welding machines in our machine park We have approximately 20 MIG-MAG and 5 TIG stations for welding. In our machine park we also have 3 welding robots from Yaskawa and one from ABB. Our largest robot has a working area of 6x2.5 meters.

The central product of WDM Deutenberg are spot-welded wire meshes according to individual specifications. There are four different wire materials used to produce our wire meshes and wire mesh elements: bare wire, galvanized wire, aluminium galvanized wire and stainless steel wire. Our spot-welded wire meshes have different sizes from 300 x 250 mm to 8,000 x 2,400 mm depending on mesh width and wire diameters. Mesh widths between 20 mm x 20 mm minimum and 150 mm x 150 mm maximum and diameters from 2.0 mm to 18.0 mm are possible. The scope of application of our spot-welded wire meshes is very diverse. They are used in industries such as landscaping, agriculture, engineering, shopfitting, metalworking, food industry, electrical industry, construction industry or retail. The use of condenser welding machines allows for quick and easy mounting of fasteners (pins, screws, pins) on the surface of metals. We offer MIG-MAG and WIG welding with maximum power of electricity 400 A. Our welding machines are KEMPPI and MILLER. We make welding of steel details, tube constructions with length till 6 meters and weight till 3 tones. We also offer spot welding and robotic welding (Fanuc) at details with length till 3 meters and width till 1.5 meters, by one or by two sides. We weld ferrous metals, stainless steel and aluminum. After welding we make cleaning of welding and painting (powder and wet).
