In order to be able to meet the individual requirements of our customers, we offer various types of spiral wound gaskets: For example, you can choose between standard versions with a smooth surface and various special models. All articles are based on a stainless steel strip and high-quality filling materials such as graphite and PTFE, which underlines the excellent quality standard. The spiral wound gaskets of billi are characterized by a constant elasticity during hot-cold cycles. Classical applications in the chemical industry include all types of gas lines, directional valves and pumps. Furthermore, spiral wound gaskets are the optimal solutions for pressure vessel openings in steam systems as well as low and high pressure in nuclear power plants. For the best possible functionality of spiral wound gaskets, the careful considered choice of model is of central importance: the versions with centering ring, for example, assures an ideal fit between the bolts.

The spiral-wound gasket is the ideal gasket for applications with high pressure and temperature requirements. Used in pipelines and apparatus in the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas production and transport industries, as well as in valves and pumps. Due to the V-shape of the metallic winding strip, the spiral-wound gasket is the only gasket with appreciable recovery, even after long periods of operation.

Gambit offers a wide range of high quality fl ange gaskets, meeting various requirements. Different types of fl anges and different chains of dimensions are applied. For fl anges defi ned this way Gambit Lubawka Sp. z o.o. manufactures gaskets according to appropriate norms describing construction and sizes of gaskets. Numbers of these norms are referred to in description of individual types of gaskets. We also manufacture gaskets beyond the chains of dimensions, according to requirements defi ned by a customer. In order to meet our customers’ demands related to various fl ange systems, we manufacture different types of gaskets: 1. GAMSEAL gaskets cut from AF series gasket sheets, 2. GAMBITGRAF gaskets cut from graphite sheets, 3. GAMPROFILE kammprofi le, 4. GAMSPIR® spiral wound gaskets, 5. AZMES gaskets, 6. GAMFLEX metal jacket gaskets.

Precision strip used in the manufacture of spiral wound gaskets and other processes such as pressings. Our Bobbin wound material is extensively used in the gasket sealing industry. Bobbins can be up to 15kgs and speed up the change overs and reduce scrap loss. Our spiral wound gasket production facilitates thicknesses of 0.20mm, 0.18mm, 015mm and 0.10mm. Widths come as standard in 5.33mm, 5.0mm, 4,75mm with a minimum width of 2.50mm. The minimum order for our bobbin wound products is 20k depending on the grade ordered. All of our spiral wound gaskets can be supplied on plastic ribbon or pancake coils. Our inner ring production sizes come in 3.00mm, 4.00mm and 5.00mm thicknesses and widths of 6.50mm wide to 100mm wide. Our minimum orders for inner ring production is 50kg depending on the grade. Material can be supplied as coil or in lengths of a maximum 3 metre.

Health and safety is of paramount importance to all industries. Our introduction of edge rounding and dressing eliminates the sharp edge, known as a burr that occurs during the production of steel strip and coil. Our updated edge dressing machines are capable of producing both large and small quantities of stainless steel strip and coil with a kinder safer rounded edge or full round edge. We can edge dress on site to a maximum width of 150mm. Certificates of conformity, showing the exact chemical composition of the material are supplied with each delivery. We provide: Bevelled Edge - Used for spiral wound gasket production, with 90º angles. Sak - Fully Rounded Edge - Many clients require material to have a fully rounded edge (SAK). GK - Slit edge Standard material with a maximum burr 5% of the material thickness. WAK - Flat rolled edge - Many clients require material to have a deburred edge (WAK).
