The wavelength meters of the WS series accomplish wavelength measurements with highest accuracy. Both cw and pulsed lasers with narrow-band emission can be examined, monitored and even actively controlled. Various models of the WS series are available, covering UV to IR wavelength ranges (192 nm - 11 µm). Based on a rugged Fizeau interferometer setup without any moving components, the wavelength meters provide quasi unlimited lifetime.The spectrum analyzers LSA and HDSA allow for multi-line or broadband spectrum of light sources like cw and pulsed lasers, gas discharge lamps, super luminescence diodes, semiconductor laser diodes and LEDs.

TOPTICA's offset-free frequency comb DFC (Difference Frequency Comb) and tunable cw diode lasers (DL pro) can be combined into easy-to-use laser systems delivering frequency-stable cw-output at any wavelength between 420 nm and 2200 nm. A complete laser system contains a DFC CORE, wavelength extensions (DFC EXT), cw diode lasers (DL pro), beat units (DFC BC, DFC MD), all necessary stabilization electronics, a wavelength meter (High Finesse), RF-reference, counter, spectrum analyzer, control server (PC) and user software.

The SPECTRAN V6 range is Aaronia's latest generation of high-performance real-time spectrum analyzers. The SPECTRAN V6 comes with 300GHz/s sweep speed. Any number of devices can be cascaded to achieve an even higher real-time bandwidth. Thus, by using only four SPECTRAN V6 instruments, real-time bandwidth of 480MHz is already achieved! The included software RTSA-Suite PRO is precisely tailored to the powerful and robust hardware and supports the use of multiple SPECTRAN V6. The stackable aluminium housing facilitates the parallel use of several units.
