The NP-OF Automatic Multy Head Overflow Liquid Filling Machine works by feeding the liquid through a specific pump or a top storage tank. Simultaneously, once the feeding is completed, a portion of the material returns to the liquid overflow tank via the overflow port to guarantee the filled bottle in same level. The depth of the overflow port in the container neck determines the container’s filling level, which is easily adjustable. The number of filling heads can be increased to meet production needs. Loader ZZ-120 loads any kind of grain, granules, pellets, etc. in any wagons and containers. Loader capacity up to 120 tons per hour. The flight range of the grain is up to 20 meters, the height is up to 9 meters and is regulated in 1 second. Grain loader ZZ-120 can rotate around 360 degrees. This allows you to load grain and other bulk cargo into wagons and containers of any length and height. The ZZ-120 grain loader consists of a trimmer with a support and an electric motor, a special trimmer pipe and a control panel. Electricity consumption for loading 1 ton of grain is only 0.046 kWh. A frequency converter can be additionally mounted in the control panel, which provides additional opportunities for regulating the range and height of the flight of grain. Unlike FulFiller container loading system, there is no need to hook the ZZ-120 grain loader directly onto the container itself using a forklift.

Our compact asynchronous motors are distinguished by high torques in combination with a small size. They are highly dynamic with a low inertial moment, with a proven design as well as electromagnetically compatible for optimal, compact performance levels. We develop our compact asynchronous motors specially as speed-controlled drivers and for a supply from frequency converters. They also consist of a flexible platform system and can be adapted to specific customer requirements. The housing is angular and jacketless. Being ventilated by a separately driven fan, the motors can constantly deliver the full torque over the entire speed range. The optimised control behaviour with converter operation means that these machines can replace DC machines.
