Design and construction The Schulz ball caster „Blue-Line“ with a housing made of certified plastic and a gap-free, closed cover (without dirty edges), a plastic or stainless steel carrier ball and several support balls has been specially developed by us for use in the food industry. For this purpose they have the signal colour blue. The Schulz plastic ball castor „BlueLine“ is particularly easy to clean due to the new design with several dirt holes in the housing. Dimensions The pitch is determined by dividing the shortest edge length of the conveyed material by 3.5.

Ceramic bearings Si3N4. Bearing cage PTFE. For most applications Si3N4 is the preferred material for ceramic bearings. Silicon nitride bearings are light, very hard and highly wear resistant. High and ultrahigh performance bearings are used in e.g. aerospace technology, metal production industries (high application temperatures), machine manufacturing, chemical industries (chemically aggresive substances), pharmaceutical and medical industries, semiconductor and biotechnology (clean room enviroments which may not be contaminated by lubricants). Displacement sensors models 8710 and 8711 with resistance tracks made of conductive plastic material are designed for a direct and accurate measuring of mechanical displacements. A special ball joint coupling is mountable on both ends of the driving rod. Tyrolit’s tungsten carbide burrs can machine materials like steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, cast iron, and HSS. The advanced coating improves chip transport and doubles stock removal, with a distinctive Tyrolit color combination.

The Ball Booster is the latest cleaning gun from the 3rd generation. The ‘Ball Technology’ works with a special kind of ‘ball’ instead of a plastic or metal tube. Because of this, the gun can be used with 4 bar air pressure instead of 6 or 7 bar needed for traditional guns. The new high-tech motor guarantees less down time. After years of research, finally, a cleaning gun that gets the job done without mechanical failures, arises.

The STW series wheels are manufactured with an exclusive DC Di Candia Ruote’s composite material, the THT, which has been studied and developed in our plant in Besnate, and is used exclusively for the production of this wheel range. These wheels grants a superior and unmatched mechanical resistance to heavy impacts, an outstanding resistance against chipping and breaking caused by hitting of sharp obstacle and a great rolling capacity even in plain bore configuration, thanks to the self-lubricating properties of the THT material. They also assure an incredible resistance against aggressive cleaners, chemicals, oils, acids, steam and salty water, and are available with plain bore and with double special HT ball bearings, to allow a perfect rolling capacity in any condition of use. The THT material is certified by FDA for contact with foods. The STW wheels can be fitted into a specific series of brackets for high/low temperatures, which are specifically studied and produced.

Handwoven rag rugs are made of cotton threads of the base and velour fabrics. Firstly the fabric is cut into narrow stripes with the width about 1 cm, and then these stripes are twisted into balls by a special handmade machine.. After it our master choosers the colorful stripes and creates the design of the future rug. The rug is made on the handloom, which was created and completely built by the owner of our company. The rug is very soft and warm. The size is 68x115 cm.

The swivel castor housings are equipped with sealed axial rib ball bearing an tapered roller bearing and thus particularly sensitive against surges and beats. The housing head is screwed and secured by a heavy center bolt. The material polyurethane (PU) has a high load capacity with low abrasion. It also features high chemical resistance. These properties make polyurethane suitable for almost any application. In addition, PU offers low rolling resistance.
