Denticelso is a topical solution of 12 ml that combines two different antibiotics, thyrothricin and acetylsulfamidal. The use of these two antibiotics combined makes the drug produce a double analgesic and anaesthetic effect if you let it work on the oral mucosa for a few minutes, eliminating itchingness and painful sensations. It is used in topical infections caused by both gram-positive and gram-negative pathogens.

The medicine is composed of reinette apple extract, the most complete and healthy fruit, senna extract, whose depurative properties make it an ideal herb to detoxify the organism, and coriander extract that is used for digestive problems such as upset stomach, loss of appetite, hernia, nausea, diarrhoea, etc.
