Denticelso is a topical solution of 12 ml that combines two different antibiotics, thyrothricin and acetylsulfamidal. The use of these two antibiotics combined makes the drug produce a double analgesic and anaesthetic effect if you let it work on the oral mucosa for a few minutes, eliminating itchingness and painful sensations. It is used in topical infections caused by both gram-positive and gram-negative pathogens.
