Aseries of more traditional vehicles for the preparation of inks with higher viscosity’s, to be used with both flat and rotary silk-screens made from either nylon or polyester cloth. There is a series classified as “Auto-fixing” requiring no preliminary treatment with laminated material fixers before their use.

Fixers are substances with the function of preparing the raw glaze layer for decoration by means of a thin film of material applied as a wet mist. These materials facilitate silk-screening and prevent sticking and displacement of the decorative layer by the silk-screen itself.

Neutral and coloured silk-screen inks for third-fire applications are formulated materials especially suited to short, low temperature firing cycles (As low as 800 degrees centigrade, and as short as 30 minutes).

Neutral silk-screen inks consist of a diverse range of materials and effects, with particle sizes inferior to 45 microns. They are used in the preparation of inks with vehicles of varying viscosity dictated by the printing method used. Coloured silk-screen inks are produced with high speed mixing technologies.

Bright silver paste to be applied over vitrified surfaces of porcelana, earthenware and glazed tile using silk-screening methods. Differing grades of purity are available to satisfy the diverse needs of the market. Firing temperatures range from 740 to 850 degrees centigrade.

Ceramic frits are vitreous material used in the preparation of most products intended for the decoration of ceramic tiles such as glazes, silk-screen inks, granite, granules, etc. They are obtained by melting at high temperature (between 1350º and 1550º) and then quickly cooling raw materials.
