EVESA produces natural antioxidants obtained from Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis I.) BORDANTIX ™. Used to retard rancidity in products containing oils and fats, due to the Carnosic Acid (CA). Products available as E-392 or No E-392 (flavoring preparation). Both are CLEAN LABEL.

Our origins of production with Olive oil date back XVIII century. Among the centuries, the care of the Organic olive groves and the choice of the correct varieties of olive trees and plots is a constant work to develop the best Extra Virgin olive oil.
