The butyl extruder is designed to perform the primary sealing of spacer bars of different thicknesses for insulating glass units.

With its robust stainless steel structure, it is equipped with brushes. Its high-quality Low-E brushes guarantee the longevity of the brush, which is very soft and perfect for clear and Low-E glasses. The drying unit consists of a closed circuit, electric fans with air filtering device.

After the cut glass is delivered to the system, the lifting process can be performed with maximum cycle and speed automatically. Based on a vertical structure, special belts break the front and rear of the glass sheets and lift the glass. The lifting head can freely rotate 360° to lift all sides of the glass sheets. The machine is equipped with an automatic measuring system for the length, height and thickness of the glass sheet with waterproof servo motors. Water is used to cool and clean the output belts. Additional spray nozzles remove glass powder residues from the glass sheet and reduce the displacement of these particles to the downstream systems. The GALAXY I copy milling machine is a semi-automatic machine and is specially designed for carpentry work in aluminium and PVC. Its applications are very diverse, making housings for locks with keyholes, hinges and special milling. The milling operations can be done using a template, using the copying-feeler that reproduces the figures of the template in natural size (scale 1:1) or by means of coordinates graduated in millimetres in a longitudinal or transversal direction, to make all kinds of recesses.
