The EDGE CNC Contouring Center is a compact controlled horizontal center capable of PVC profile milling and splicing. PVC profiles can be coated in white or standard or even coated with aluminum, copper, wood, acrylic, fabric, fiberglass, etc... The rotation speed of the axes can be adjusted from 500 to 24000 rpm through a variable frequency inverter. The control allows interpolation managed by numerical control of the X and Y axes. The movement of the X and Y axes is produced through brushless motors and recirculating ball screws, the Z axis uses a brushless motor on a helical rack. The machine is completed with four double-acting pneumatic jaws to block the piece.

1. The 106CF pantograph is equipped with a vertical unit and a horizontal punching unit. 2. The vertical group, by copying the appropriate interchangeable jigs, can quickly and accurately mill slots/holes in both aluminum and PVC. 3. The horizontal group allows three simultaneous holes to be inserted to insert the handle into the PVC profiles.

This cutting and machining center has an automatic feeding table for 10 profiles, which allows maximum efficiency and effectiveness in the processing of cutting lists, saving time and maximizing production. The cutting unit has a 550 mm diameter disc which works at any angle between 30º and 150º, offering a wide range of positions for the cutting disc. Uses: cutting, milling, drilling the water drainage channel and working with PVC and aluminum profiles alike. Designed to achieve the greatest efficiency in less time. Capable of performing 15 different operations with 13 fan-cooled spindle motors, a triple arm opening motor and a disc motor.
