A suitable and customised ultrasonic machine had to be built to effectively clean customer specific parts of all parameters for each basket. In addition, an automatic system for loading and unloading the baskets from start to finish and a data collection system for all basket parameters. Our solution consisted of an ultrasonic machine with 8 stages, each equipped with a specialised solution for each stage of the cleaning process. The entire process automated with a robot to ensure that process deadlines are met. An electrical panel with a touch screen to control and monitor the installation. We provided to the customer included a specially designed area for the loading and unloading of the baskets. In addition, a basket presence detectors were installed to allow constant monitoring during loading and unloading. We also developed a water purification and filtration plant to produce and maintain the water quality required by the customer throughout the cleaning process.

DLyte Desktop Series have been designed in 2021 to improve the work environment of small companies by replacing the manual polishing of metal parts or with equipment that uses hazardous materials for workers. Moreover, thanks to its intuitive software, it is a good choice for any professional needing to automate metal finishing processes. DLyte Desktop Series are suitable to polish CoCr (with DLyte Desktop Dental) and CoCr and Ti (with DLyte Desktop PRO).

Besides polishing several metal pieces simultaneously, DLyte PRO500 Automated Cell automates the process of loading and unloading the holders into and from the machine itself. The system can be configurated with one or two DLyte PRO500, to make possible high-output and multi-step processes in an extremely compact design. It can hold up to 64 holders.
