They are self assembling, and they can be produced in a range of shapes and sizes to fit any particular needs. They can also be manufactured with grease-proof papers. These trays can withstand up to 245 degrees (ºC) and 45 minutes in the oven. Other temperatures and longer times would require an industrial testing in each specific installation.
