Unfiltered extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) in 1 litre format and with a great taste thanks to the special blend of verdial, hojiblanca and picual olives. All the olive trees used for this oil are located in Arenas and neighbouring villages. It is produced using mechanical processes and without the addition of any additives. The format of this bottle is 1 litre in PET, ideal for transport. We recommend storing the oil in: Temperature-controlled places. We do not recommend areas with abrupt variations and with a stability of approximately 15º. Areas with low humidity. Places with little light or without direct sunlight.

Virgin extra olive oil is the fatty oil obtained by cold expression or other suitable mechanical means from the ripe drupes of Olea europaea L. A clear, yellow or greenish-yellow, transparent liquid with a characteristic odour. When cooled it begins to become cloudy at 10 °C and becomes a butter-like mass at about 0 °C. Practically insoluble in ethanol; miscible with light petroleum.
