The refined candelilla wax comes from Euphorbia cerífera, a plant that grows in semi-desert areas, very abundant in the Chihuahuan desert. Its composition stands out for the presence of resins, which give it its consistency, saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbon compounds, and fatty acids and esters. Candelilla wax has a high level of hardness, although its most notable characteristic is its melting point, which is also very high (approximately 70ºC). All this means that candelilla wax has multiple properties for the production of natural cosmetic products.

Karanja vegetable oil is obtained by first cold pressing Pongamia pinnata’s seeds. An arboreal species native to the tropical areas of Asia, the Pacific Islands, and Australia. In its composition we find omega 9 and omega 6 fatty acids, which have softening and protective properties for the skin and hair. As a result, karanja vegetable oil has become a highly appreciated product in natural cosmetics.

Rosehip vegetable oil is obtained by the first cold pressing of Rosa canina seeds. Shrub native to Europe and certain areas of Africa and Asia. Currently its cultivation has also spread to other continents such as Europe and America, where Chile stands out as a producing country. It is rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid, so its concentration of fatty acids is very balanced. Vitamin E and carotenoids act as natural antioxidants. Canine rosehip vegetable oil is a 100% natural product, with multiple cosmetic applications thanks to its beneficial properties for the skin, and a minimum percentage of linolenic acid of 20%.

Organic castor oil is obtained by first cold pressing Ricinus communis’ seeds. This shrub native to the tropical areas of the African continent stands out in its composition for the presence of ricinoleic acid, a highly antibacterial derivative of oleic acid. Vitamin E has antioxidant properties, protecting the skin from the sun’s rays.
