The ROTRAK rotary unscrambler for empty bottles by Traktech enables filling companies to maximize the profits of their packaging line by saving time and money, producing up to 12,000 bottles per hour (bph) of any format. Traktech’s R&D and Product Development teams, always under the premise of maximizing profits of clients in their production, have developed the ROTRAK rotary unscrambler for empty bottles taking into account three aspects that have historically conditioned the design and manufacturing of unscramblers: The large size of the unscrambler machines, energy costs and format changeover.

Depalletizer solutions by TRAKTECH comprise from simple pallet elevators with manual unloading of each stage, to more complex totally automated systems managing full and empty pallets. The depalletizers designed by Traktech are able to make format changes without any worker intervention.

With the pickFeeder series, we propose an automatic changeover to reduce the amount of downtime between production runs and forget about any kind of adjustment, setting or test before starting to produce again. This module adapts the Packfeeder feeder to a packaging line that uses pucks to transport products.
