A suitable and customised ultrasonic machine had to be built to effectively clean customer specific parts of all parameters for each basket. In addition, an automatic system for loading and unloading the baskets from start to finish and a data collection system for all basket parameters. Our solution consisted of an ultrasonic machine with 8 stages, each equipped with a specialised solution for each stage of the cleaning process. The entire process automated with a robot to ensure that process deadlines are met. An electrical panel with a touch screen to control and monitor the installation. We provided to the customer included a specially designed area for the loading and unloading of the baskets. In addition, a basket presence detectors were installed to allow constant monitoring during loading and unloading. We also developed a water purification and filtration plant to produce and maintain the water quality required by the customer throughout the cleaning process.

We design and manufacture equipment for the dynamic classification of weight, used mainly for generating batches and sorting by weight. This type of solution is particularly recommended for the food industry (poultry, meat, ham, fish, fruit and vegetables, etc.). Automatic equipment to classify products depending on their weight. Dibal GW high speed automatic weight grader, with optional classifying system, collects products depending on their weight without stopping the production line (up to 8 defined weight ranges).

VISOR NETS has designed and produced this fall arrest system for people and objects consisting in a safety net attached on brackets for horizontal use, called “Visor T-EVO FAN”. The new VisorT Evo System is a collective protection element conceived to minimize the falling of operators to a different level in vertical. Apart from all the technical aspects required by the current standard EN 1263.1:2014, the Visornets’ technical team has also taken into account ergonomic aspects reducing to the maximum the weight of the system in comparison with the previous one, combining steel and structural aluminium profiles. As a result, we obtain a 100% Spanish, versatile and of easy installation and handling manufacturing system which will provide you a simple and effective solution.
