Cardboard laminated with PET that can be printed or colored. It can be suitable for food contact and it is easily die-cut to manufacture boxes, plates, trays or other food containers that can be used to store and refrigerate foodstuffs. We can manufacture the cardboard pre-cut in the size required by the client or we can alternatively supply the whole cardboard in any size for the client to perform its own manufacturing process. This cardboard can be laminated and printed in one or both sides, and its weight can be adapted according to client requirements. We have available a wide range of sizes, shapes and capacities, but we can also make a sppecific design just for you. They are made to order in a range of papers as to meet the clients’ specifications. The print is also personalised, in offset or flexography technologies. We also have several prints in stock, like a beautiful wood pattern imitation print. They are conic or self-assembling compact cardboard baskets, that can be delivered already built or flat (pre-cut). We can also produce an alternative in corrugated cardboard, for those companies that need an additional protection for their products. These baskets are perfect as a container for fruits and vegetables, as well as cookies or chocolates. All our products are certified for food contact - ISO 22000. Laminated cardboards to be used as base or sipport of a wide range of products, like cakes, confectionery, sliced or smoked meats. Available in a wide range of personalised shapes, colours, prints and weights. Becasuse they are manufactured on demand, they can also be personalised. These products can additionally be thermoformed. They can be further adapted to the customer by adding water- or grease-repellent layers.

Tubes and cores made of cardboard / paperboard. We can manufacture from the simplest tubes to the strongest cores. Made to order,lenght, thickness and diameter are personalised to the client's demand. Because of all our years of expertise, we can also manufacture specialty tubes, such as plastified tubes, embossed tubes and cores, and other type of tubes made for the textile, nonwoven, pyrotechnics, smelting or automotive sectors.

Product made to order with different flutings, weights, sizes, qualities and colours to choose from. It can also be further personalised by including prints, an anti-grease or anti-humidity layer or die-cuts, creasings or other personalisation elements to make the product easier to handle and to use. It can be delivered in rolls or die-cut in planks or in other shapes. This product can also be manufactured in food-contact qualiity, to wrap cookies and other delicate foodstuffs. Cardboard rings made to order to meet the customer's standards. They can either have a standard white or brown outer layer or be personalised with printed texts or logos, or even plastified. Corrugated cardboard sheets. They are personalised to meet each client's criteria in the quality of paper, size and fluting. One of the most common flutings for high quality packaging is the mini-micro. This material can be easily die-cut to manufacture packaging, such as boxs or boxes' interiors.It can also be printed to create displays such as PLV or other marketing supports.

Disposable cardboard tray that can be used to bake foodstuffs, such as cakes and other pastries, in the oven. They can also be used to reheat food without loss of quality. They are self assembling, and they can be produced in a range of shapes and sizes to fit any particular needs. They can also be manufactured with grease-proof papers. These trays can withstand up to 245 degrees (ºC) and 45 minutes in the oven. Other temperatures and longer times would require an industrial testing in each specific installation.

This product can be manufactured with anti-grease white or brown paper. It can be produced die-cut or with creasings, in a range of shapes, or sold by the roll, in a range of widths, starting from 100 mm. Edgeboards made to order, in L shape or U shape. Personalised in lenght, strenght, thickness and prints. Also a wide range of basic or anonymous edgeboards available in white or brown kraft exterior. Our edgeboards can also be plastified and/or manufactured with self-adhesive (strong or mild).
