A complete range of specialty adhesive tapes to perform in a variety of thermal spray coating processes, from grit blast to high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF). Available with highly conformable backings made to maximize abrasion resistance and leave behind clean edges during removal, and the high-temperature adhesive used on these products ensures good holding power during use and clean adhesive removal, minimizing post spray rework. Many thermal spray masking tapes are approved for use in aerospace on various Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce and GE turbines.

It provides excellent bulk and stiffness in an easy to tear product. Polyester Non-Woven laminates are puncture resistant and highly conformable making these tapes ideal for wrapping around sharp corners and edges. Applications • Ground and barrier insulation for electrical motors, generators, etc. • Outer wrapping, tabbing, harnessing and anchoring leads for electrical transformers, coils, etc

It is an adhesive heat shield made from a metalized polyamide polymer laminated to a light weight glass fiber cloth with a high temperature pressure sensitive adhesive for use in extreme temperature swing environments. It’s minimal clearance and ease of use makes Gold glass tape a highly effective material for firewalls, fuel cells, engine covers, under hoods, engine compartment, bulk heads, seat bottoms, and anything or area that needs protection from heat. Applications Car, motorbike and boat exhaust pipes, heat protection, cable covering, pipe insulation.
