Made with the traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada. This cava remains a minimum of 18 months of aging. It is bright, pale yellow in color, and provides an elegant aroma, in perfect balance with the fruity notes. With a very mild flavor, it allows to appreciate hints of white fruit and a well-integrated carbonic with balanced acidity.

Made with a unique recipe based on high quality dry white wine. The careful selection of aromatic herbs, including Artemisia vulgaris, Cretan Dittany and Kina, gives it a unique bouquet. It is of a pale yellow color with hints of emerald, bright and with an intense and fresh aroma and flavor, with notes of saffron, mint and vanilla.

In 2014, one of our most emblematic products went on sale: the Vermouth Vintage Espinaler 50cl. Due to its great success this 2019, the new Vintage Vermouth is born in 1 liter format, the same quality as always but with twice the content. A new format that begins a bottle collectible, which with its drawings narrate what the Espinaler Experience is, and how the history of the brand has evolved so far. Espinaler Vintage Black Vermouth is a vermouth that uses traditional production methods. More than 80 aromatic herbs are macerated with a high quality dry wine that gives it a unique taste. In the more than eighty aromatics we can highlight plants such as the Cretan Dittany, Kina and Artemisia Vulgaris. The Espinaler Red Vintage vermouth is presented in a transparent bottle printed in black with various corporate motifs and a format of 50 cl and 15% vol.

The sloes, selected and of great quality, are macerated in anise between six and twelve months. After the maceration, the pacharán of all the barrels to achieve consistency. Once the set quality standards, the pacharán is filtered and bottled. Finally, it is filtered and bottled. View: Red, with orange rim. Aromas of berries with toasted hints of coffee and an aniseed note. In the mouth, sweet, fleshy, elegant, with a long and persistent. 25 % alcohol vol.

This liquor is produced in an artisanal way by the maceration of herbs typical of the town of marc brandy. Intense flavors of rich spices that delight the palate, as the liquor is tasted notes of chamomile, thyme and licorice are perceived that are mixed together with sage, juniper and hints of other herbs.

This delicious liqueur is born from the combination of milk cream and pomace brandy to which natural extracts of coffee, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla and toffee are added. 17 % alcohol vol.

Elaboration: Wine made from white grapes of the Viura variety and red grapes of the Garnacha variety, according to the following process: Manual harvesting, partial destemming, sulphiting, crushing and pressing of the grapes to obtain a must that is cooled in the exchanger towards the settling tank. It is set off by the flotation technique with the help of nitrogen, which drags the turbidity upwards and the clean must is transferred to the alcoholic fermentation tank. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16ºC, with a dosage of fermentation aids and oxygen, to develop its aromatic potential and facilitate the end of fermentation. After a 10-day rest, it is racked with its fine lees, until 20 days later it is clarified. Stabilization and bottling. Presentation: Bottle: Bordeaux 75 cl. Cap: 45 * 24 micro granulated cork or aluminium screw cap.

Made with Viura and Malvasía grapes from our centenaries vineyards Finca Vitarán and Vizcarral, handpicked in small boxes and classified at the selection table. Alcoholic pre fermentation of must and grape’s skins at a controlled temperature of 8 ºC. Alcoholic fermentation of the juice, without being pressed, in new Hungarian oak barrels. Aged in new Hungarian oak barrels on its own lees during 3 – 4 months.

WINEMAKING Once at the winery it goes to the press straightaway and is fermented in French-oak barrels. Racked and aged for 7 months in the same barrel with weekly batonnage. TASTING NOTES Clean, bright almost transparent colour. The nose displays linden blossom, wooden notes and grapefruit aromas. Fragant and tasteful, on the mouth it’s round and balanced with a pleasant aftertaste.
