This Loin-Mincing Machine is engineered to precisely cut or mince tuna loins to predetermined lengths, facilitating efficient preparation for bagging or other packaging formats. Crafted from durable and hygienic stainless steel AISI 316-304, it ensures longevity and adherence to food safety standards. The machine features a conveyor system equipped with a canvas belt designed for food purposes, moving tuna loins smoothly to the cutting area. A blade with vertical movement performs the cutting, offering the option to adjust the length of the cut to meet specific requirements. Digital indicators provide precise control over the cut length, ensuring uniformity across all products. The inner diameter of this model is 340 mm, and the vessel capacity is 300 liter. The external protection of the machine is independent from the machine and can be adapted the the real layout of the customer. This machine can be installed with one, two or three 90-kW pumping units each one, being the production capacity 900, 1300 and 1500 kg/h respectively. The input and output of the baskets is automatic, and as the rest of the range, counts on the latest advances in connectivity and data base. This 10-liter HPP laboratory machine works with the same working parameters as the rest of its siblings, including the same cycle time. Its inner diameter is 135 mm (5.3 inches) and its inner capacity is 9.5 liters, allowing food products to be processed in their final format and package. This permits to test not only the taste and duration of the products, but also the look and real behavior of the packages. Though it has a small size, it can be used for real industrial production.

This 25-liter inner capacity and 165 mm inner diameter has a production of 100kg/h, depending on the package format. It is the ideal machine size for starting a new product or new business. The vessel is horizontal and wire-wound as the rest of the range. Its external protection hangs from the machine, allowing an easy transport and installation. It has a weight of 11 ton.
