The usual formats of semi-finished products are usually in plate, tube or bar, with the possibility of cutting as we make ourselves. We also offer advice on the characteristics of the products and their particular properties, to guarantee compliance with our client's requirements.

This machinery is especially aimed at large manufacturing companies needing to optimize or reduce their production times, thus achieving cost savings and a quick, efficient return on investment. DLyte PRO500 Automated Cell is formed by a polishing cell —that is, one or two units of DLyte PRO500, the most powerful, advanced and versatile dry electropolishing machine on the market— and a loading mechanism which in turn comprises a robotic arm and a rotating module. Besides polishing several metal pieces simultaneously, DLyte PRO500 Automated Cell automates the process of loading and unloading the holders into and from the machine itself. The system can be configurated with one or two DLyte PRO500, to make possible high-output and multi-step processes in an extremely compact design. It can hold up to 64 holders.

First installed in July 2019 and improved in 2021, DLyte 10,000 is a modular solution designed for mass manufacturing. It is integrated into any production line where the complete automation of workflows and the production of large batches and parts can be treated efficiently. Based on the patented DryLyte technology, the robot module allows to treat metals and alloys in a fast, and cost-efficient way. To achieve the highest quality results in complex and heavy pieces, it counts with a precise 6-axis mechanical movement, to remove the roughness from the workpieces. DLyte10,000 delivers the full range of electrical parameters, from low to high frequency, parameter concatenation and asymmetric voltage. In addition, it allows the user to search the ideal parameters for its pieces in the library of processes in the Polishing Manager App. The range of applications for the DLyte10,000 are workpieces from the aerospace, energy, oil and gas, shipbuilding, machinery and food industries.

This sandstone has a pinkish tone and is of medium grain, with nice features for carving. The stone can be used both indoors and outdoors and does not require polishing, because of its texture. The material is especially recommended for the manufacturing of cladding panels, masonry and exterior pavements, due to its non-slip property (without prior treatment).
