IRONTURN is the most compact dedicated machining center to iron work. Despite its size, it can handle profiles up to 6 meters with a maximum cross-section 130 x 130 mm. Suitable for those who want to obtain a professional processing, it is equipped with a central beam swingarm with pneumatic movement and a rotation range -90°, 0°, +90°.

The left head is fixed, while the right one is mobile and is controlled by numerical control. IRONCUT is configured as the perfect entry into the world of professional iron work, guaranteeing precise and efficient cutting thanks to the lubrication and cooling of the blades by means of two micro pumps. Equipped with oleopneumatic clamps for the correct positioning of the piece, it is accompanied by easy and intuitive software supplied by Italmac that allows any type of cut even for the least experienced. Designed to facilitate even the most complex cuts, IRONCUT is the right choice for those who want to improve the quality of their work.

IRONMILL was born from the need of the production sector of the iron to have a performant and automatic machine, Capable of complex machining with interpolation X, Y and Z managed by numerical control. From the Italmac experience has built this 4-axis cnc, Capable of working iron profiles up to 6 mm thick.
