1. PA-4F spoke polisher manages four groups of cutters and four grooving units through a displayed PLC. 2. Automatic start of the work cycle thanks to dimensional recognition and automatic centering of the welded square. 3. The integrated tools are: a) up to four groups of cutters (axis Ø 32 mm) with a maximum diameter of 300 mm that allow machining profiles with a minimum height of 35 mm and a maximum of 200 mm; b) two reversible blades for cleaning the flat part with one side dedicated to the trenching finish and the other to the smooth step; c) radial blade to clean the rounded part; d) hook for cleaning the bead anchoring area; 4. Milling is carried out from the front and the depth of each group of cutters is easily adjustable and independent of the others thanks to the presence of individual registers.
