The production process is 100% natural since it doesn' t need any additives or chemicals during the natural fermentation process. Black garli­c is slightly darker in the outer layer than fresh garli­c. The big difference is inside, where the clove color is completely black. lts texture is creamy, allowing it to be spread. The typical fresh garli­c smell and taste is completely eli­minated turning it a product with a fruity and aromatic taste, reminiscent of truf fles ar Ucorice.
