Self-levelling mortar based on cement, reinforced with fibres, modified by additives that give it the ability to be fluid and pumpable, especially intended for screeds and levelling of coverings with a thickness between 5 mm and 50 mm, which, once hardened, must be covered with coverings. USES Applicable on concrete or cement mortar supports. On supports with low porosity, apply a Fixmar Primer GR bonding primer beforehand. Regularisation of continuous screeds. Ideal in situations where a flat surface is required as a support for the subsequent application of another type of covering, such as parquet, carpet, ceramic, linoleum, ceramic materials, marble... Suitable for underfloor heating and as a finishing product for synthetic coverings.

USES Applicable on concrete or cement mortar substrates, on low porosity substrates, apply previously a Fixmar Primer GR bonding primer. Regularisation of continuous screeds. Ideal in situations where a flat surface is required as a support for the subsequent application of another type of coating, such as parquet, carpet, ceramic tiles, linoleum, ceramic materials, marble... Suitable for underfloor heating and as a finishing material for synthetic coatings. Not suitable for wear surfaces.

Cement-based self-levelling mortar for low thicknesses 5-20 mm, type CT-C30-F7-A22, made with marble aggregates and special additives that give it optimum fluidity, to be used for the regularisation, repair and levelling of paving slabs. It is a product with high mechanical resistance and a good surface finish, ideal for the creation of continuous screeds. This mortar can be applied on a wide range of supports such as concrete, cement screeds, anhydrite, ceramic or natural stone, both indoors and outdoors.

VCI 8003 is the safest VCI chemistry available for both workers and the environment. Its components are included on the FDA’s list of materials approved for contact with food, CFR 21 and they are widely used in body care products. VCI 8003 is supplied as a transparent, color-free masterbatch that can be added to other masterbatch resins or can be mixed with other additives like colorants, UV protection, Anti-static, Anti block, among others. The compatability with other additives in combination with VCI 8003 must be tested in advance. Applying VCI 8003 can be added to LDPE/LLDPE/MDPE and HDPE mixtures at a ratio of 4 % to the total finished weight for films of 60-120 microns. It is an advantage to produce coextruded film with VCI 8003 added only to the inner layer, since the dosage can then be reduced (as an example, for 100 microns film, VCI 8003 can be applied at 8% to the inner layer of 40 microns).
