Only high-quality steel is appropriate for high-quality products which are mostly assembled in the cars of our customers. By using hot forging process, we shape different types of carbon steel, all types of alloy steel and most of the time stainless steel.The Hot forging process and thus the transformation of steels has a number of specific points in its process. We have directed the development of forging into forging stainless steels, as these steels are increasingly present in automotive engines as well as in other segments of the use of forged parts. The advantage of stainless steels is that they are corrosion-resistant, and do not require additional surface protection. Through the hot forging process, we are able to transform both ferritic, martensitic and austenitic stainless steels.

At Extra Forge d.o.o., we also specialize in the closed die forging of aluminum. We can forge products from any aluminum alloy, with weights ranging from 0.05 to 6 kg. Our company prides itself on having professional associates who were among the first in the region to forge aluminum products, a process distinct from steel forging. Our advanced technological processes for die forging aluminum semi-finished products allow us to achieve an accuracy of ± 0.2 mm, ensuring precision and quality in our forgings.

Custom made small stainless steel component. We use wide range of materials: -aluminium, -brass, -copper, -bronze, -steel and -plastic. Since 70 % of our products consist from aluminium alloys and plastic we can ensure you that we excel in the production of aluminium milling parts and plastic parts of various properties. This comes into play when certain product must have their own characteristics. For aluminium components those are hardness, resistance to heat, wear, good anodization or painting and for plastic components hardness, resistance to heat, wear, some must not be greasy or must not be conductive or anti-static. Since the quality of products begins with the selection of most suitable and high-quality material we advise our partner which material to choose and try to find the best solution together.

WHFIT process filter housings are designed for applications in process industry, where the risk for corrosion of compressed air system components is very high. WHFIT process filter housing can be used in variety of applications. For applications not listed please contact us or your local distributor. For oil removal, coalescing filter element must be installed and flow direction inside-out must be provided. General arrangement is filter head on top and filter bowl on bottom. Required compressed air quality according to standard ISO 8571-1 can be achieved with 8 different grades of filter elements (PI, PIW, PN, PP, PR, PM, PS and PA). Fluid group 1 on request.

HPF process filters are designed for high pressure applications in process industry, where the risk for corrosion of compressed air system components is very high. Required compressed air quality according to standard ISO 8571-1 can be achieved with 9 different grades of filter elements. HPF process filter housing can be used in variety of applications. SF stainless steel sterile filters are designed for high-efficient sterile filtration of compressed air, process air and technical gasses. SF sterile filters provide high-efficient removal of sub-micron particles down to 0,01μm including microorganisms (bacteria). Filter housing surface is polished down to grade Ra0,8. Required compressed air quality according to standard ISO 8571-1 can be achieved with appropriate filter element. All components meet the FDA requirements for contact with food in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), title 21. Fluid group 1 on request.
