Precision forged parts are forged parts where very narrow tolerance can be achieved by following the forging process permanently. Our processes enable forging with the +/- 0.1mm tolerance. We are specialized in the production of precision forged parts weighing between 0.001kg and 1kg made of different material. The advantage of precision forged parts is that they can be used mostly in different compounds and without additional mechanical machining. Hot die drop forging is the method in our company – sticks are heated and inserted into the appropriate forging tool.After the forging process, we trim and pierce the semi-finished products to meet many shapes and other requirements. We shape stainless, alloy and carbon steels. In most cases, more complex and larger forgings are further machined.Due to the specificity of precision forgings, we provide the minimum necessary additional machining and thus reduce the machining times.

Our machined parts have become an important part of: •control lines, •automatic assembly, •robotic grippers, •independent stations, •pallet systems, •pneumatic systems and •production lines. In our company, we specialize in the production of aluminium pieces of various properties. This comes into play when certain product must have their own characteristics, such as hardness, resistance to heat, wear, good anodization or painting. We do our best to ensure that the services are provided with quality and in the shortest possible time. We support you by having more than 3 tons of material in stock, which guarantees us an immediate start of production. Which results in shorter delivery times and immediately providing you a new spare part. We have in stock all plate thicknesses from 5 mm to 100 mm in the quality - Plancast plus 5083.

Associates in the Mega-Metal d. o. o. are very proud of our mechanical processing, which meets the strictest requirements of clients from electrical and mechanical industry. Our machine park consists of various CNC milling machines, including 5-axis machining arms, with which we can process work pieces of different dimensions and complexity. We handle both prototypes and serial pieces. Maximum dimensions of milled pieces: 3.500 x 3.500 x 12.000 mm, 20 t.

Overflow protection mechanism for washing machines and dishwashers detects potential water leakage and prevents overflow. It detects small quantities of water and immediately disconnects the power on main inlet valve and thus disables the supply of water into the appliance.
