Each our component is individually handled in complete care and tested with the latest measuring devices - Mitutoyo. Specialized in smaller productions has its own advantages. We individually devote ourselves to our partners. We support you by: - before production, we review the technical documentation and implement possible changes, - we have a larger amount of material in stock which guarantees us an immediate start of production and quick delivery of a new spare part, - all products are inspected, deburred and hand polished before release. The components are checked to ensure that they fit properly and that the external product is compatible. All dispatched products are functional and visually sophisticated. Which leads to more affordable and better quality of the end-product, and consequently greater satisfaction of our partners.

Precision forged parts are forged parts where very narrow tolerance can be achieved by following the forging process permanently. Our processes enable forging with the +/- 0.1mm tolerance. We are specialized in the production of precision forged parts weighing between 0.001kg and 1kg made of different material. The advantage of precision forged parts is that they can be used mostly in different compounds and without additional mechanical machining. Hot die drop forging is the method in our company – sticks are heated and inserted into the appropriate forging tool.After the forging process, we trim and pierce the semi-finished products to meet many shapes and other requirements. We shape stainless, alloy and carbon steels. In most cases, more complex and larger forgings are further machined.Due to the specificity of precision forgings, we provide the minimum necessary additional machining and thus reduce the machining times.

High-quality custom cutting tools are adapted to individual projects, with which we achieve high efficiency and improve the competitive advantage of our customers. They represent 94 % of our production.

The materials from which we make cutting tools are key to your success in use. They provide exceptional performance and long-lasting value, especially those made from super hard materials that have exceptional abrasion resistance. We manufacture cutting tools from various grades of carbide hardness, PKD, CBN, and MCD.

Mastercam offers CAD/CAM software tools for a variety of CNC programming needs, from basic to complex (3- and 5-axis CNC machining). It is designed as a comprehensive solution for manufacturing efficiency therefore, our custom milling parts are produced faster, with greater accuracy, quality, and repeatability.

On larger and heavier work pieces we perform mechanical treatment with vertical CNC lathes - with carousels. We handle both prototypes and serial pieces. Maximum dimension (diameter x width x depth) fi 3.000 x 3.500 x 1.750 mm, 30 t.

Associates in the Mega-Metal d. o. o. are very proud of our mechanical processing, which meets the strictest requirements of clients from electrical and mechanical industry. Our machine park consists of various CNC milling machines, including 5-axis machining arms, with which we can process work pieces of different dimensions and complexity. We handle both prototypes and serial pieces. Maximum dimensions of milled pieces: 3.500 x 3.500 x 12.000 mm, 20 t.
