With its robust but lightweight steel frame, the e-deck can be used anywhere a crane cannot reach. All of our e-deck formwork is compatible with our Modular universal formwork. That means that connections and transitions between wall and slab or beams can be created without difficulty.

The flexible slab formwork is ideally suited for ceilings in residential and industrial construction due to the optimal adaptation to any floor plan, the possibility of using any slab thicknesses and the lightweight individual parts. With only three main components, the formwork system also impresses with optimised material deployment.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Levelling filler for vertical substrates and for use on ceilings for poured concrete or pre-cast slabs. Ideal for the preparation of pre-cast slabs, formwork concrete and for the renovation of textured finishes or fibreglass with a paint finish. AMOUNT REQUIRED From 2 to 4 kg for the first coat. From 1.5 to 2 kg for the second coat. APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS EXTREM filler is sprayed using the Airless pump or rotor machine/Flat spray stator in 2 coats. The first coat must be levelled using a 60 cm blade or levelled with a straight edge. After drying, the second coat must be smoothed using a blade.

Our slab edge formwork is made up of three components: bracket, hook headed bolt connection and stop. In addition to slab edges, with and without overhangs, the slab edge formwork (bracket) can also be used for forming floor slabs.

PSK-TOP shoring towers are ideal for mobile work with slab formwork (with a standard tower load of at least 40 kN, i.e. up to 160 kN per tower) or for supporting already finished monolithic structures. System – collapsible, multi-purpose, inventory, steel. •PSK-Top can be used for big heights and high loads: safe load transfer to the ground •Shoring Tower PSK-TOP consists of only 5 elements. In some cases, PSK-Top Stacking Tower can work without diagonals, then only 4 elements are enough. •Easy and simple assembly without bolts or pins – without any tools at all. The main components of the system are props. Universal deck form PSK-CUP combines the functions of deck form and scaffolding. The deck form PSK-CUP corresponds to the space frame which forms the rigid frame without joints which does not require additional stabilization by diagonal connections in most cases. It is assembled from the tubular members: vertical and horizontal, lower threaded lifting jacks and upper threaded uniforks, connection elements, it may be completed with fixation elements. Vertical elements are the basic bearing components of the framework on vertical plane. There are six basic dimension. They are joined with the help of connection elements according to the principle “tube-in-tube”. In every 500 mm the vertical elements have welded cup connections – “lower cup” produced from the high-quality steel, with the attached mobile cups – “upper cup” produced from ductile casting. They provide support for horizontal elements. The horizontal elements provide the framework rigidity.

EVODECK this system is suitable for all types of ceiling such as: solid concrete, floor slab (paneled surfaces), mixed floor (concrete and masonry) and lightweight slabs. The drop head permits early stripping already after 2 to 5 days and most of the formwork equipment can be reused right away in the next concrete operation.

Velox is the girder slab formwork for all kinds of layouts. Meeting individual requirements regarding the concrete finish is no problem because it is suitable for a variety of surfaces, such as massive concrete, paneled surfaces, hollow stone floor and as well as for styrofoam slab. Two VELOX design versions are available for use and both versions can be assembled and dismantled easily and safely by 2 people only.
