Our pre-portioned cheese spreads are a wonderful tasting and fast moving shelf item in any part of the world. They are packed in nice-looking and standard round boxes. Each box contains eight portions. Each portion of the cheese spread is wrapped neatly in an Aluminum foil with tear strips to keep freshness within the packages. Dana processed cheese comes in round boxes including eight portions totaling 140 grams. The product lasts up to 12 months when kept in a cool and dry environment. Main ingredients include milk (or skimmed milk in case of low-fat or light cheese), water, cheese, and butter. The cheese color is Ivory and light yellow and it tastes mild and creamy. Time-saving all-rounder – for all plastic, fibrous, collagen and natural casings With the semi-automatic double clippers all products – single portions or chains, long sausages, half rings or rings – can be produced efficiently. They close fibrous, collagen or natural casings in diameters up to 50 mm, and plastic casings up to 115 mm. Subject to technical modifications.

The all-rounder – fully automatic The automatic double-clippers of the PDC-A line are suitable for all sizes of operations – for mid-size or large production runs. They reliably close all casings. The PDC-A 600 closes fibrous casings up to 65 mm calibre and plastic casings up to 90 mm.
