Shrinkable material is cut to length and synchronously applied at conveyor speeds for the best possible material-to-container placement accuracy. Oval, round and square containers made of plastic, glass, or metal can be handled at speeds up to 150 (RF150) or 250 (RF250) per minute at a 30mm cut-length. Sleeve materials made from PVC, PET/PETG, OPS, or PLA can be run at thicknesses between 40 to 70 microns. The RF Series applicators may be easily customised to suit the exact requirements of a project using standard, compatible modules. Change parts for the RF Series applicators are low cost items that can be fitted in minutes without the need for tools, keeping downtime to a minimum.
