Stainless steel 1.4404. Version: Satin finished. Note: The hinges are made of weldable profile steel. The pin is fixed into the lower part of the hinge. The differing steel qualities of the weld and the beam onto which the hinge is welded must be at least equal to or better than: Stainless steel 1.4404

Double sheet profiling machine. The machine makes 2 independent profiles tailored to the customer's requirements. For example, it can make a façade profile and a roof profile.

The twisting or torsion of the extruded aluminium, stainless steel, brass or iron profiles is carried out via a clockwise (or counter clockwise) solicitation of the cross section against its axis. In order to avoid that this twisting jeopardizes the stiffening rib, we use a filling system to help the stretching and the compression of the fibres. We are able to twist up to 9 mt profiles!

Thickness Range: 0.70mm - 2.00mm
